APWR. Buy signals.

091203awprWill Rogers used to say, “All I know is what I read in the papers.”  We don’t believe anything we read in the papers, but we read the anyway.  Reading Marketwatch today Peter Brimelow touted APWR so we looked at it out of curiosity.  The chart supports a buy.  There is a breakout, with a throwback as the pros call it.

ETFs of importance, EEB and NYC
