We would hardly represent ourselves as experts on Japan. But the chart patterns coming out of there (JSC) look promising, and we think that as far as asset allocation is concerned that some foreign diversification is always to be desired. On the bar chart prices are breaking away from a basing formation. The PnF chart shows a target of 60, which, considering the base built here looks feasible to us. Stop: 1% under the March low.
Even EWJ looks buyable to us:
Stop: 2% under the March low.
