France saves the world!  Well, perhaps.  Better Macron than the Nazi.  Why is it blonde women create fascistic crazyness?  We have one trying to burn down Berkeley right now.  (As if they need help.)  Whatever.

Enough of amusements.  In two days the market has wiped out 7 weeks of meandering downtrend.  And blasted out a  buy signal.  A strong buy signal.  Disciplined investing rquires that one take signals even when a market looks discouraging, and  since December there has been plenty of non motivating behavior.
