As is obvious from the chart, price has broken out from the stutter step it engaged in at the prevous high and is giving a buy signal. We will be adding on to our position.
At the same time ;readers should see and be aware of a potentially crucial formation in the market. Here in the INDU is what may turn out to be a massive double top. Interestingly at the contemporaneous time there is what some might call a minor double top, but probably is not. (Because of the short time between peaks.) Given all the talking heads and pundits blathering about the coming melt down this formation could underlie such a fundamental event. But there is little sign at present of a bear market. We will be watching closely to catch any signs of implosion. Stay tuned.
