F, GM and C — among others look oversold.  Of course they can go from being oversold to being really really oversold, but we bought a little of GM and F (always loved cars), and readers should start thinking in terms of buying and adding on.  NOT TODAY.  Wait for prices to start up again first.  Our buys are in line with our style — motorcycle riding, bungee jumping rapid running, bull running — you know that never satisfied with risking our neck we have to risk our capital too.  And we will have a tight stop on them. F right here is sitting on the support line.

Yesterday’s market was a sidewinder, ready to sink it’s fangs into anyone taking a position.  Today it struck — and bit the shorts, the double dippers, the heads and shjoudersers and the bears right in the butt.  During this period we have constantly abjured our readers to stick with the trend while we messed around with trading.  Today is an add-on signal, as price has burst out of sidewave.

F, TLT (bonds)

It looks like Ford has completed shaking out weak holders (and traders with stops, including us).  This is a breakout and we’d put a money management stop about 5% down.

More importantly TLT, which is the long bond ETF looks suspicious.
