Here briefly are some utilities which might be worth investigating.  They pay dividends and sell electricity.  Everybody needs electricity.  Technically the best thing that can be said of them is they are cheap.

 

FPL.  Florida Power and Light.  

 

Duke Energy.  Might be a double bottom there.

AEP.  American Electric Power.  Might be a double bottom.
